about the place of interwiki link

Hello

It's a problem because the robot not read the interwiki link placed in a sub page between includeonly page, and if I run the robot, he want to add interwiki link in the page between noinclude tag.
So how can we resolve the problem. Because at the next running bot, it will replace the interwiki link. Crochet.david 2008年8月26日 (火) 08:12 (UTC)

So sorry to hear that. I understand that most interwiki-bots give up the Template namespace in Wikipedias. I suppose w:en:Wikipedia:Template documentation would be one of the reason, but most significant reason would be performance issue. --Kanjy 2008年8月26日 (火) 14:59 (UTC)

How we will see unregistered users

ウィキメディアのウィキ管理者の皆さんにこのメッセージをお届けしています。

ログインしていない人がウィキメディアのウィキを編集すると、今日現在はその人の IP アドレスを開示します。すでにお聞きかもしれませんが、この方法は近々、採用できなくなります。オンラインの個人情報保護の規範と規約の変更によりウィキメディア財団法務部が決定しました。

IP アドレスの代わりに秘匿した特定情報を示すことになります。管理者の皆さんには引き続きIPアドレスへのアクセスは可能です。管理者ではない皆さんには荒らしや嫌がらせ、スパム行為に対策するためアカウント非登録の利用者のIPアドレス全文字の閲覧が必要な場合、新規の利用者権限を設けます。 巡回者の皆さんには、左記の権限がなくても IP の一部が閲覧可能です。同時に支援策としてより良いツールの準備を進めています。

これを初めて見る皆さんは、メタで詳細を参照してください。ウィキメディアのウィキにおける技術的な変更の情報を見落としたくないとご希望なら、週刊技術ニュース の購読をお勧めします。

この個人特定情報に関しては提案が2案あります。皆さんの使いやすさと皆さんのコミュニティての適性について、直近ならびに将来を見通し、ぜひご意見をお聞かせ願えないでしょうか。トークページにて投稿をお待ちしています。ご自分の言語でお書きください。2案の提案は10月に掲出しており、 結論は1月17日以降にまとめる所存です。

いせちか系アカウントのブロックについて

こんにちは。はじめまして。Kanjyさんはいせちか系のアカウントをブロックなされていますがなぜ1年ブロックにこだわるのでしょうか。1年ブロックを行ったところで1年後にはブロックが自動で解除されてるのですからブロックする意味がありません。通常LTAであれば無期限ブロックが妥当なのではないでしょうか。--ドデカイラーメン (トーク) 2023年6月10日 (土) 06:49 (UTC)

有難うございます。私は用務員の権限をお預かりしておりますが、荒らしさんたちの尻拭いに手間をかけることをあまり好まず、餌を与えることを死ぬほど嫌い、よって無駄なブロックを好みません。私が観察する限り、当ウィキではアカウント作成で遊んでいるだけでなので、当ウィキでのブロックによる効果は、アカウントのブロックに付帯する「自動IPブロック24時間」の効果しかなさそうです。アカウント作成で遊ぶのみの暇人にデータベースの「ブロックされている利用者」テーブルを占有させる価値すら私は感じません。よって3か月や1年といった有期ブロックを主に使っていますが、アカウントのブロックに付帯する「自動IPブロック24時間」の効果しかないとすれば、より短期のブロックでも十分なのかなと考え中です。 --Kanjy (トーク) 2023年6月10日 (土) 09:41 (UTC)

Need your input on a policy impacting gadgets and UserJS

Dear interface administrator,

This is Samuel from the Security team and I hope my message finds you well.

There is an ongoing discussion on a proposed policy governing the use of external resources in gadgets and UserJS. The proposed Third-party resources policy aims at making the UserJS and Gadgets landscape a bit safer by encouraging best practices around external resources. After an initial non-public conversation with a small number of interface admins and staff, we've launched a much larger, public consultation to get a wider pool of feedback for improving the policy proposal. Based on the ideas received so far, the proposed policy now includes some of the risks related to user scripts and gadgets loading third-party resources, best practices for gadgets and UserJS developers, and exemptions requirements such as code transparency and inspectability.

As an interface administrator, your feedback and suggestions are warmly welcome until July 17, 2023 on the policy talk page.
